The principal awards to be announced on 25th June 2013 will enable the film directors to produce their film. The finished films will be presented on the occasion of a Gala held on 28th march 2014 thus contributing to the 20th commemoration of the Rwanda genocide. Deadline for the film project (4 pages maximum each) is Wednesday may 15th .An independent jury will select the best projects.
